The pouch is built for pets up to 15 lb / 7 kg. That covers most Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Pomeranians, Shih Tzus, Dachshunds, toy Poodles and the majority of cats.
Above 15 lb it will not be comfortable for either of you, and we would rather tell you that now than take your money. If your dog is close to the limit, message us with their weight and we will tell you honestly.

Some dogs climb straight in. Some need a few days. Put a treat in the pouch, let them get in on their own, and don't force it.
If yours simply isn't interested, send it back within 30 days for a full refund — worn, washed, covered in fur, we don't mind.
